Florida State Law requires that you must be 21 to purchase, consume
or possess alcoholic beverages.
·
Most beach clubs and other destinations are within walking distance
from The Summit or a short $5 taxi ride away. Don't endanger
yourself or others by drinking and driving.
·
Open alcoholic containers on public property including streets,
sidewalks, or inside a vehicle is prohibited
·
A person of legal age cannot sell, give or provide alcoholic
beverages to any person under age.
·
Drinking alcoholic beverages on the beach is allowed as long as you
are of age and the beverage is in a can or plastic container
·
Glass containers of any kind are prohibited on the beach up to
$1,000 fine per container
·
The Summit Rules are available to you at check in. Review the rules
before you unpack for the week. Failure to abide by these
rules could result in eviction from the property and
forfeiture of all rent and deposits.
·
Summit Security monitors balconies 24 hours a day. Florida Law
prohibits throwing anything off of balconies. If Security
observes a violation of this law, all occupants of a condo
will be evicted immediately.
·
Uniformed and Undercover Police and ATF are stationed on the
beaches, in clubs and on condominium properties to assure
that rules and laws are being followed. The
Summit
will cooperate with all law enforcement agencies to assure
that everyone has a safe and enjoyable Spring Break
Vacation.
